BBQ area

The podium and the facilities on it are temporarily inaccessible to residents due to a project to re-tile and re-waterproof the podium. Completion is expected in December or January.

The BBQ area is part of the outdoor podium area on level 3. The BBQ area includes an electric barbeque and a seating area. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To turn on the barbeque, push the button on the centre of the front panel of the unit body, and wait for it to heat up. The barbeque will shut off on a timer, requiring the button to be pushed again. A lamp indicates when it is operating.

Please remember to thoroughly clean the barbeque and remove all rubbish. Please be mindful that noise can carry from the podium area to neighbouring apartments, so should be kept to a minimum.

BBQ area rules

The special rules of the Owners Corporation require the following in relation to the BBQ area:

hours of use are 8 a.m. to dusk.
guests and visitors must be accompanied by an Occupier at all times and limited to four (4) per unit.
all equipment, food and utensils must be removed after use and the barbecue cleaned.
