Building Contacts

Note: The Owners Corporation is responsible for the functions set out in the Owners Corporation Act - please don’t contact the building or owners corporation manager with enquiries about buying or renting in the building. Instead, please refer to a real estate agent or a property listing portal.

If there is a life or property threatening emergency ongoing, call 000. For non-urgent reports of criminal activity, and noise complaints, contact police on 131444.

Between 8 AM and 4 PM, for all enquiries about the building (for example, to further discuss procedures for moving in or out, or to report maintenance issues), please contact the Building Manager on 0407881020. You can also contact the Building Manager by email at citycondos416@gmail.com.

From 4 PM to 5:30 PM, if there is an urgent issue (for example, a water leak), the Owners Corporation management company may be contacted instead on 0396978888. If there is an emergency, such as a water leak, affecting the common property, our Owners Corporation management company can be reached on their emergency hotline on 1300006426.

Please note: Tenants should generally contact their landlord or property manager for any non-emergency Owners Corporation related issue (apart from those dealt with by the building manager, such as arranging move ins and move outs). Owners can find more contact information under Documents in the PropertyIQ portal.
