Gym

The gym is located in the pool building, accessible from the outdoor podium area on L3. It features a range of equipment:

Treadmill

The gym has one Vision T600 treadmill, supporting a variety of built-in exercise programmes.

Please turn the treadmill off at the wall when finished.

Stationary Cycle

The stationary cycle also features several exercise programmes. It needs to be turned off at the wall when you finish using it.

Multi-gym

The gym is equipped with a Matrix G1-MG30 3-Stack Multi-Gym.

The multi-gym has three positions (each of which can be separately used at the same time), each supporting two weight exercises.

Chest and Shoulder Press

Adjust the seat position using the yellow knob. Weight can be adjusted, as can starting height.

Lat Pulldown and Low Row

This position should either be used with the seat extended back, using the lower handle for a low row, or with the seat forward, pulling down on the upper handle.

Please don’t ever use the lower handle with the seat forward to attempt a bicep curl, as the equipment is not designed for this, and it can permanently damage the cable, requiring expensive repairs to the machine.

Leg Extension & Prone Leg Curl

Adjust the seat following the instructions on the sticker for each exercise.
